About Your Photographer

Hi! I'm Sydney.

I’m a 21-year-old photographer based in Erie, Boulder, and Colorado Springs.
 

My photography journey began at 15 with my little Nikon Coolpix B500. I had always been drawn to photography, and one day I decided to make it something real, so I spent most of the money I had at the time on a Nikon D3500, which eventually led me to my current Nikon Z7 II. As I grew in skill and confidence, photography became much more than a hobby. It became a passion.
 

I quickly realized how much I love making people smile and capturing genuine laughter. I love helping people feel confident, hyping them up during a session, and then getting to deliver photos that bring joy long after the moment has passed. That part never gets old.
 

When I’m not taking or editing photos, I’m usually designing something in Photoshop, spending time with my boyfriend, or, most likely, reading yet another book.
 

My mission in photography is to serve God through my work by loving my clients well and providing honest, quality work. “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men.” – Colossians 3:23
